Celebrating our 25th Anniversary
of the Chesley Awards

2010 is the 25th anniversary of the Chesley Awards - but you must be a member to nominate and to vote. If you want to be included in this historic celebration - NOW is the time to join or re-up your membership!

This year we will be celebrating and presenting the Chesleys at NASFiC: The 10th Occasional North American Science Fiction Convention, August 5th-8th, 2010, in Raleigh, NC. Please join us!

News & Announcements

We have several resolutions and changes that have passed and are in the process of being implemented:
  1. Check out our new Logo!
  2. We have new membership categories: Single and Family - and we have eliminated both the Associate & Foreign categories
  3. The new categories will roll-back to pre-2002 prices (yes, new lower rates!)
  4. We are putting together a new forums and community network for members only
  5. New membership packets are being developed for everyone - existing members and new sign-ups alike
  6. The new packets will contain a certificate of membership, new membership cards, a lapel pin and a small ASFA sign for artists to hang on their show panels. The new membership cards will be your key to unlocking the new upcoming member benefits we are currently working to establish...

We have just confirmed a new joint membership program with the Illustration Exchange. During the 2010-2012 calendar years, new sign-ups and renewals for the Illustration Exchange Premium membership will also receive an ASFA membership and visa-versa. Get access to the Illustration Exchange's listings of original art, their galleries, forums and sales pages along with your ASFA membership. Now really is the best time to join!
