<font size=+2>This Website uses frames. As both Netscape and Internet Explorer support frames I no longer see any reason to maintain a separate non-frame version of the page. (I recently used a service that tracked visitors to my page and reported, among other things, what browser they were using. Out of several hundred visitors, only 2 were not using a frame capable browser.) I apologize for any invconvenience this causes and hope to see you when you've upgraded.</font>
