ASFA members are entitled to an online gallery/portfolio of their artwork on the ASFA website. This portfolio is a permanent addition for the duration of membership and material for gallery/portfolios should be submitted directly to webmaster@asfa-art.org.
 
Please be sure to read through these guidelines before submitting material for the gallery. Submissions that do not follow these guideline will take much longer to process. Thanks!

• Gallery space is only available to ASFA Members. Click here for info. on joining ASFA.
• Members may submit up to a maximum of five (5) pieces of artwork for inclusion on their gallery page. Please do NOT submit more tha 5 pieces of artwork.
• Images (artwork) should be saved in the JPEG (JPG) file format at 72dpi.
• The dimensions of submitted images (artwork) should not exceed 500x500 (width & height) in pixels.
• Images (artwork) should be named with the title of the artwork. Do NOT include any information other than the name of the individual piece of artwork in the file name.
  
  Example: The JPEG for a piece of art titled "Ann of Soylent Green Gables" would be named be "Ann_of_Soylent_Green_Gables.jpg"
  
  
• Please specify any copyright information for each piece of art submitted in the body of your email. If no copyright information is supplied, images (artwork) will simply be marked '© Artist's Name', with no date listed.

All material should be emailed directly to webmaster@asfa-art.org. Please do not store your gallery material on the web and ask us to download the material for you.
 
Please be aware that images that do not match these specification will be modified by the webmaster prior to being posted. Images (artwork) will also be optimized as much as posible, with as little loss of quality as possible, prior to being posting to help reduce our bandwidth (which currently averages, roughly, 16gb/month - maxing at around 23gb/month!)
 
In addition, artists should include the following:

• Please be sure to send your name and any contact information you'd like listed (public mailing address, e-mail, www, etc.), and a short biography (200-500 words). This material should be submitted as plain text, NOT as a graphic, image or pdf file.
• Optionally: A banner, button, or logo to be used to link to your website (if applicable.) Preferably, this image should be no larger than standard banner (400x60 pixels, 72dpi) or button size (88x31 pixels, 72dpi)

For the sake of the webmaster's slim grasp on sanity, please keep the frequency of requests for gallery updates to a reasonable number (i.e. a couple of time a year at most.)
