Carol Heyer's career has taken her from screenwriter and production designer, to the pages of well-known children's books; from vividly realistic and vibrantly colored 'high fantasy' fairy tales, sword and sorcery to the mystery and religious genres.
Imaginative and arresting images are Heyer's stock in trade, earning her honors from Spectrum, The Society of Illustrators LA, The Association of Science Fiction and Fantasy Artists, and The Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators, among others.
Her book, game and magazine illustrations are featured in the publications of Disney, Wizards of the Coast, TSR, Inc., Baen Books, Easton Press, Scholastic Books and many others, while her growing list of children's book titles has sold over one-million copies.
Truly, Heyer is able to create fantasy worlds to please an equally wide variety of fans.
