I was born and raised in Sweden and attended art schools in Stockholm, where I learned to paint in traditional media: oil, watercolor and acrylics. After participating in several juried shows, I had two individual shows in Stockholm.
Watercolor was my favorite medium. I visited Italy and was inspired by Italian renaissance art. Two sources of inspiration are Botticelli and Archimboldo.
I moved to Florida in 1987, where I continued working in watercolor and participating in art shows. In 1998-2000 I studied computer graphics and am now doing most of my art on a Macintosh computer. Adobe Illustrator is my preferred medium in digital art. I enjoy doing fantasy art, florals, and illustrations to children's stories.
