April Lee is a free-lance illustrator and computer game artist/animator who has worked on a number of CD-ROM games (Inherit the Earth, I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream, Halls of the Dead/Faery Tale Adventure 2, Heroes of Might and Magic 2 and 3, Might and Magic 6, 7 and 8), and also illustrated many computer game manuals and role-playing game books. Her collectible card game art can be found in over a dozen games (Magic: The Gathering(Tempest), Middle Earth, Legend of the Five Rings, Shadowfist, Imajica, Legend of the Burning Sands, 7th Sea, Galactic Empires, Quest for the Grail, Fantasy Adventures, Dragon Storm, Mortal Kombat, XXXenophile, etc.). Her work has also been on the cover of Scrye Magazine (#12), Computer Games Strategy Plus (#72), on several comic books and in the Spectrum 2 fantasy art book. She has won awards at WorldCons, Westercons and other art shows where she has displayed and sold paintings and prints for over ten years. She holds degrees in Illustration from Art Center College of Design, in English literature from Mt. Holyoke College and in History from Oxford University, England.
