There are currently two versions of our membership form available; an HTML version, and a PDF version for ease of printing. To become a member, simply print and mail a completed membership form with your dues or a copy of your Onlilne Payment Confirmation email to:

Membership Types All Memberships except Lifetime are for the period of one year, based on the month you join.   Regular ($40): A Regular Member may vote, nominate, hold office, serve on committees, and includes all the rights and privileges of a full membership, which includes receipt of all ASFA publications.   Associate ($25): Identical to Regular membership, except an Associate must reside with a Regular Member and share that members copies of all ASFA publications. An Associate Member will not receive separate copies of publications.   Foreign Memberships ($45 Canada, $50 Other Foreign) Foreign Memberships are identical to Regular Memberships and includes all the rights and privileges of a full membership. Membership dues must be made in U.S. funds.   Corporate ($130): Corporate Memberships are open to any corporation, institution, or organization with an interest in art and the goals of ASFA. Corporate Members may not vote, hold office, or serve on committees, but will receive all ASFA publications.   Lifetime ($800): Lifetime Members have all the rights and privileges of a Regular Member, but do not have to renew their membership annually.
